Watertown, NY – Northern Credit Union is excited to announce the acquisition of a new property formerly occupied by Red Lobster, located on Arsenal Street. This strategic investment highlights the credit union’s commitment to enhancing service delivery for its member-owners and the community.
The new location will feature up to eight drive-thru lanes and a significantly increased parking capacity. Additionally, it will feature state of the art technology, such as six advanced ATMs and six or more Smart Offices for private conversations with one of our professionals, plus an imaginative kids’ area. For those who prefer face-to-face interactions, there will be two areas for personal member interactions and two additional areas dedicated for our business members who are on the go. These features are complemented by an inviting architectural style that enhances the overall experience. Member-owners can also expect all the modern services and amenities that Northern is known for, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.
As part of this transition, Northern Credit Union will eventually sell its Factory and Commerce locations in Watertown. However, we intend to keep the Factory Street drive-thru operational to ensure continued access for member-owners.
