Depositing checks is a snap(shot) with your smartphone.

At Northern Credit Union, we’re committed to making your life easier whenever possible. That’s why we give you the freedom to deposit checks anytime and anywhere you want using your smartphone.

Using Northern’s Mobile Deposit is simple:

  1. Download the Northern Mobile Banking app from your device’s store and enroll in Mobile Banking.
  2. Select “Deposit Checks” on the main menu
  3. Select the account into which you want the check deposited.
  4. Sign and write “Mobile Deposit to Northern CU” on the back of the check.
  5. Take a picture of the front and back of the check.
  6. Enter the amount to deposit.
  7. Verify the information and hit “submit.”
