We know teachers need a resource for an often mandated, but also underfunded curriculum of financial literacy. We also know that financial literacy has yet to achieve standard curriculum status: finding quality resources poses a real challenge. As a not-for-profit financial institution, we’re deeply interested in helping young people become wise stewards of their money. As a credit union, we’re experts in teaching fiscal responsibility. For that reason, we’re offering Banzai – an award-winning financial literacy program – to you and your students at no cost.
Banzai is free, online financial literacy for students of all ages. It’s interactive and fun. More than 80,000 math, business, family and consumer science, and computer teachers have joined the program nationwide.
Banzai will show your students what real life is all about. It will introduce them to many of the challenges they’ll face as adults. In addition to introducing them to financial literacy concepts, it will help them navigate financial dilemmas in a responsible way.
Introducing Banzai to your classroom is easy! The program requires little to no classroom preparation. You can be fully set up with your own Banzai account, and each of your students with theirs, in minutes. Again, the program is completely free to use!
