Our team is looking forward to welcoming you and ready to assist with your banking needs at our new location at 88 Parker Ave, Massena.

The spacious interior features:

  • Two Advanced ATMs, allowing you to complete your transactions without waiting for assistance.
  • A designated business banking area for cash and coin needs.
  • Three smart offices to connect directly with lenders and advisors through secure video conference, along with a conference room for mortgage and commercial loan closings.
  • A tablet-equipped waiting area.
  • A cozy fireplace.
  • A children’s play area.
  • Access to an automatic coin machine, night deposit box, and an interactive touchscreen kiosk for Credit Union resources and news.

Lobby Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4pm and Friday, 9am – 5pm 

Thanks to your overwhelming support we’ll remain open on Saturdays
from 9am – 12pm and will re-evaluate our hours at the end of October.

Two lanes with 24/7 Advanced ATM access are now available. Video Assist is available at one Advanced ATM during business hours to connect with a team member via video conference.
